Christmas revellers up and down the country have been pictured making the most of the festive period by seemingly over-indulging on the night before the big day.
Thousands of party goers descended on cities across Britain. Party-goers could be seen wearing Christmas hats, fancy dress and the Christmas jumper was still out in force. Many were seen stumbling about while it all appeared too much for one seasonal reveller, who was seen lying on the floor being comforted by friends. And it was a busy night for our emergency services, with police officers and paramedics working through the night to make sure everyone got home safely.
